“I am passionate about helping my clients and relieving their pain and discomfort”.
A bit about Jessica…
What is podiatry?
Podiatry is a branch of medicine that cares and deals with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases of lower limbs. Podiatry treats and alleviates day to day foot problems from corns and callous, verrucas (warts), heel pain and flat feet.
What is your area of expertise?
My main areas of expertise are the fore-foot and rear-foot pain e.g corns, callous and heel pain. This can often be due to the biomechanics of the foot which I am able to assist with.
What led you to Elevate?
Elevate treats people from all walks of life. This enables me to meet different people, something that I thrive on. Being able to work collaboratively with other practitioners is an advantage.
What do you appreciate about Elevate?
I enjoy the idea of participating in the team nature and being able to provide quality treatment to my clients – this greatly enhances patient care.
What are your core beliefs about wellness and health?
My core beliefs are being able to improve the life of others in others. I am passionate about eating healthy and keeping active including attending regular yoga sessions.
What mistakes do clients make?
Clients have the best intentions with their treatment regime, however, they don’t always follow through with our instructions. Clients must take our advice on board and not take shortcuts!
What key health lessons do you like to impart to your clients?
Whilst working to improve mobility and quality of life for my clients I encourage them to accept preventative care and treatment affecting their lower limbs.
What do you enjoy about your job?
I feel satisfied knowing that when I have finished an appointment with a client I have been a part of enhancing their life for the better!
