Flourless Easter brownies

Bake up a batch of these wholesome flourless brownies as a yummy treat for your family and friends.


  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 5 cups grated zucchini
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (aluminium free)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup dark (gluten-free) chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and thoroughly mix ingredients together.
  3. Pour into a greased 9 X 9 baking pan.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out mostly clean (for a fudge-like consistency).
  5. Enjoy!
