A dance screening is a thorough examination covering foot control; hip and pelvic strength; posture; and dance-specific flexibility. You will gain invaluable information about your body to help you improve your dancing, eliminate pain and reduce the risk of injury. Through this comprehensive assessment, specific tailored exercises can be prescribed to help correct any problem areas.
While elite dancers undergo this process regularly, specific screening assessment is suitable for any dancer regardless of age or level. We offer a variety of screenings depending on your needs including:
