Tier One membership is our top level membership suited to companies that already invest or are considering investing in a wellbeing program.

To be eligible for Tier One membership companies commit to a minimum budget based on the number of employees within the organisation. The budget includes a commitment to onsite wellbeing initiatives including Expos, Health Checks and Workshops.

Tier One membership gives employees access to Elevate clinic services at 20% off rack rates as well as any private health fund and Medicare rebates for which they are normally eligible.

Members also have access to discounted products and services with Elevate’s alliance partners including Fitness First and GNC Health Food stores.

As each employee pays for their individual clinic appointments employers can provide this high-end health benefit to staff while avoiding Fringe Benefits Tax or prohibitive costs.

Companies may choose if they wish to add credit to each employee’s clinic account to increase the value of the benefit.

Extended to families
Tier One members may also extend their membership to immediate family members, making this highly valuable benefit even better!
