Our Healthy Eating Workshops are tailored depending on the nutritional needs of the company. Some may choose healthy snack options to help avoid the afternoon energy slump while other may want to focus on cost effective meals that can be easily prepared at home.
Our Workshops are often held over one to two hours and multiple dietitians/nutritionists can be provided for larger businesses. The workshop will be tailored to suit the facility you have available. For example, for businesses with fully functioning kitchens we can use cook tops and ovens however, for those who do not have kitchen facilities the workshop can easily be facilitated in a board room or meeting room where no flame or electrical equipment is used.
Super Market Tours
For businesses that want to take their nutrition further or to do something a little different we offer your employees the opportunity to take part in a super market tour. Facilitated over a 1 hour session our Dietitians and Nurtritionists will take your employees in small groups to a super market located close to your offices and educate on how to read food labels, how to make healthy food choices and how to spend wisely.
By having a clinic onsite employees don’t need to leave the office or wait in line at the local medical centre.
Our expo’s are commonly delivered in a trade show style event often held over an extended lunchtime.
